KEITHLEY 3706A Resource Name 생성 방법

1.  Install Configuration tool.

  Keithley I/O Layer - version C07 (Windows 8, 7, Vista, and XP Compatible)

2. Connect the instrument to the PC.

  Connect LAN cable or GPIB cable.  

3. Run the Keithley Configurtion Panel. 

4. When the following screen is displayed, select Add and click Next.

5. Select Communication Buses (Ethernet or GPIB)

6. Select LXI if your device supports LXI.

7. If the device is found, select the item. (For Ethernet, select the corresponding IP.)

8. How to determine the Resource Name. 

처음 화면에서 Change 를 선택 하고 Next 선택하면 아래와 같이 등록되어있는 장치들이 보인다. 

원하는 장치를 선택 후 Resource Desc를 확인하면 

해당 값이 프로그램 상에서 사용되는 Resource Name이 된다. 

On the first screen, select "Change" and choose "Next".

Then you can see the registered devices as below.

Select the desired device of "Virtual Instruments" and check "Resource Desc".

The value becomes the "Resource Name" used in the program.
